Welcome to the Columbia College Chicago Residence Life Housing Portal! If you are new to Columbia, you must confirm your attendance before you can enter this portal. Once you are confirmed, you will be sent your Oasis ID & password credentials.
Your Housing Portal password is NOT the same as your Oasis portal password.
It takes a few business days (Mon-Fri) for your admissions status to update in our system, so you will not be able to login immediately after submitting your enrollment deposit.

If you have problems logging in, please select "Forgot Password" above. You may also contact Residence Life at 312-369-7803 or residencelife@colum.edu. Requests for passwords will only be granted to students.

You can use this housing portal for the following:
• Apply for on-campus housing
• Edit your housing application
• Request a roommate
• Create/update your personal profile
• Make your housing prepayment
• Complete your housing contract assignment
• Complete your Apartment & Roommate Agreement
• Participate in Contract Campaign selection (returning students only)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - HOUSING CONTRACTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED
Please be advised, all submitted housing contracts are binding and hold you financially accountable to your contract terms. Do not submit a contract if you intend to use on-campus housing as a backup plan, or if you're unsure about living on campus.

It is strongly recommended that you plan ahead and contact Student Financial Services to ensure that you are able to make a financial commitment to your housing costs PRIOR to signing a housing contract, as you will be held accountable.

2017 - 2018 Academic Year – New Students

The Fall 2017 online housing application will be available Monday, February 6th, to students that have confirmed their attendance. It takes a few business days (Mon-Fri) for your admissions status to update in our system, so you will not be able to login immediately after submitting your enrollment deposit. A $500 housing prepayment is required to submit an application. Housing contracts will be issued to applicants on a first-come first-serve rolling basis, beginning in May. Once you receive a notification for a housing contract assignment, you will be required to confirm the housing contract within 5 days of the notification date.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the online housing portal, please email residencelife@colum.edu.

2017 - 2018 Academic Year – Returning Students
If you are a current on-campus housing resident, Columbia College student or a student studying abroad, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Contract Campaign. This takes place during the spring 2017 semester, beginning March 1st through March 24th.

*Participating in this campaign will allow returning students to select and secure housing assignment for the upcoming academic year through an online room selection, where students can choose their building, floor, room and even roommates! There will be a required housing prepayment due at the time of participation, so have your credit card ready. Room selection details and information regarding the campaign will be posted to www.colum.edu/contractcampaign and emailed to all current residents.

Returning students that do not take advantage of the Contract Campaign will be able to apply for housing but will be assigned housing based on availability.

2018 Spring Only Semester
The spring 2018 online housing application will be available beginning Sunday, October 1, 2017, to all students that DO NOT currently live on campus. This includes new students, current Columbia College students and those studying abroad. At this time, you will be able to complete your housing application and submit the required $500 housing prepayment in order to be considered for a spring-only housing contract. Housing contracts will be issued starting the week of December 18th on a first-come first-serve basis.
